Shipping policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • USA Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days.

  • International Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 10–15 business days.

(Note: Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. While we make every effort to deliver your order within these timeframes, occasional delays may occur due to customs processing or carrier issues.)

International Shipping, Duties and Taxes

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. SarahWorld Store is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How Do I Check the Status of My Order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

 

If you haven’t received your order within the estimated timeframe, please contact us with your name and order number at sarahworld_sales@outlook.com, and we will look into it for you immediately.

 

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We currently ship to most standard residential and commercial addresses. If you have concerns about shipping to a specific P.O. Box address, please contact us prior to placing your order.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. Please see our full Return & Refund Policy for further details.
